The Pop Up Gallery Experience was brought to the tradeshow environment within a 40-by-30-foot Nickelodeon area made of PVC, Plexiglas, printed graphics and custom ‘Nick’ letters as they turned into a registration desk. Intelligent lights were rigged from truss above along with overhead monitors. Deadlines were met to secure discount pricing for all power, rigging, internet, staffing, drayage, marshaling, booth cleaning and overall coordination with show management on the broader project. Fresh Wata managed the pop-up booth in conjunction with seven additionally built private meeting rooms upstairs. Our visual merchandisers took time on product display while our techs installed projectors and sound. Seamless execution was demanded across the entire scope of the project as Nickelodeon met with affiliates and vendors during this important multi-day conference.
