A Summerlin salon needed a makeover, and we did just that in a flash ripping apart old wood pallettes and recycled them into a textured Zigzag wall. The Chevron pattern morphed into grey and black toned wallpaper in the entryway and colorful ceramic wall tiles on the blow dryer station. We re-dry-walled doorways for sharper cleaner edges and gave the bathrooms a novel design! The hairstylists gladly played a role in design during the blow-dryer photo shoot to produce the later installed12-foot-tall wallpaper. Custom furniture, blow-dryer stations and hair stations were enlivened with glossy zebrawood and retro photography in reclaimed wood frames. Cowhide and hot pink crocodile entrance chairs set the fun and spunky tone with the oversized waiting room’s wingback sofa—spanning upward 6 feet.
