Event Rentals

Make sure to wow your guests at your event with event rentals! Event planning involves a lot of organization, from event location, to the RSVP system, to onsite social activations, that sometimes event rentals and decor fall off the radar. The event decor helps set the stage for the entire event, so don’t forget your event rentals!

Theme of the Event

One of the best ways to communicate the theme of your event is through your event decor. Try and think out of the box for this part of your event planning! The sky’s the limit when it comes to event decor. If you can’t find it, then Fresh Wata fabrication can make it! If you are having a Paris themed event, you can rent a mini Eiffel tower for your event. Cap it off with some french bistro tables, made with wrought-iron, and soon your guests will be transported to France.

Size of Event Space

Remember to keep in mind the event space size! While it is a lot of fun to pick out event rentals and decor, you don’t want to overwhelm your space. This is particularly important when you are working with a trade show booth. You want your space to look inviting, but you also need to have room for your guests! Likewise, if you rent a huge event space, like an airplane hangar, don’t think that you need to fill the entire space with stuff! Choose pieces while keeping the event space size and location in mind.

Guests of the Event

When you are designing your event space, you want to keep your guests in mind while planning. If you are planning a whole meal buffet to be served, you will want to have traditional tables and chairs available. When planning events that go for 3+ hours, make sure to have spaces for your guests to sit down. Likewise, if there are very loud portions to your events, make sure to create some quiet zones. If the guest list is on the older side, make sure to have comfortable seating, and if there are youngsters on your list, include small sized furniture in your plan.
