Fresh Wata was tasked with designing a dynamic holiday pop-up experience for the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, MO. The goal was to craft an engaging environment that sparked conversation, exuded creativity, and delivered a fun, memorable atmosphere for visitors.

Fresh Wata’s holiday pop-up at the T-Mobile Center, aptly named The Gingerbread Holiday Pop-Up, delivered a festive and immersive experience unlike any other. The entrance set the tone immediately, with a life-sized gingerbread house façade welcoming guests into the magical space. Cutout window panes, shimmering with glittering lights, paired with overhead signage, snow, and candy cane accents, created an atmosphere brimming with anticipation and holiday cheer.

Guests were welcomed through a magical hallway adorned with oversized disco gingerbread sculptures, festive gingerbread graphics, white flocked trees, and giant candy canes. Each element was meticulously crafted to create a whimsical and playful holiday atmosphere. This enchanting pathway set the tone for the main attraction: an interior brimming with captivating visual delights.

At the heart of the experience stood a dazzling 8-foot-tall 3D CNC gingerbread cutout, trimmed with marquee lights and backed by a mirror, making it the perfect photo opportunity. Above, gold, silver, and white streamers cascaded from the ceiling, adding a touch of glamour to the scene. Custom-fitted bars adorned with gingerbread house graphics provided an additional festive flair.

The star attraction, however, was an oversized gingerbread carousel. So intricately detailed and realistic, it appeared good enough to eat—and almost too tempting not to ride! This centerpiece left visitors enchanted, cementing The Gingerbread Holiday Pop-Up as a truly unforgettable holiday destination.
