The Ask

For FW’s fourth year working with Money20/20, our support quadrupled to include building out more areas of the conference’s footprint than years prior. 

The Solution

Each October, the Venetian hosts a highly anticipated Global Fintech Conference, and this year’s theme was “Human X Machine.” It has been an honor to collaborate with this incredibly talented and innovative team for the fourth consecutive year, bringing their creative vision to life.

Our contributions to the event included the design and construction of two live-streaming podcast booths, as well as an interactive, AI-driven photo moment for attendees. We also built a dynamic stage to accommodate rotating speakers, and created dedicated meeting spaces for conference partners to engage and connect.

A standout feature this year was the new experiential installation, N.A.I.TURE. It was a pleasure to develop this concept and work on the buildout, which visually demonstrated “nature’s growth” over the course of the three-day conference. This piece symbolized the merger of humanity and technology as a cohesive entity, leading attendees to speculate the technological impact on humanity. This evolving stage design not only captured the theme of the event but also offered a unique, immersive experience for all attendees.
