The Ask

Develop and produce the first ever ILS Connect Aviation Summit.  Create and plan a 3-Day Buyer / Seller Conference at the Beverly Hilton Hotel to include a Welcome Reception,  Off-Site Party, General Session with Speakers, Presentations, Breakout Sessions, Exhibit Hall and an Awards Dinner for ILS Avial partners and suppliers.

The Solution

FW created a unique seamless experience for each event and moment of the summit. Keeping key messaging elements in mind our team developed a comprehensive program of meetings and events over three days in Los Angeles.  We coordinated and produced with the Avial and ILS management to come up with a proper schedule of events and run of show.  Our project management team secured an MC to host the general session meeting along with special talent, entertainment, partners and speakers.  We held rehearsals and managed a seamless meeting across all technical aspects of the program.  All content was uploaded including audio and video files and speaker presentations throughout the day in the Beverly Hills Ballroom.  Innovation and Business Intelligence sessions were followed by The Power of Analytics and executive tracks.  The awards ceremony and exhibit hall with booths encompassds surprise and delight moments in between breaks, meals and sessions.

DAY ONE

Day one included registration, badge pick up and a Welcome Reception at Hilton Beverly Hotel in the Wilshire Garden with a vintage aircraft theme and full band.  To set the scene, Fresh Wata delivered an Aviation-Theme bar, vinyl wraps on the existing building and curated a whiskey tasting station, along with mid-century modern furniture and decor.  Vintage aviation iconic black and white photography shined in the beautiful garden.  The team was stage ready in the general session after a full load in the night before with testing and rehearsals.  Day one guests enjoyed speaker panels, presentations and a rooftop hospitality suite.

DAY TWO

Day Two the panel discussions and speakers continued then FW secured an offsite venue on NYC Paramount Lot with lively NYC theme reception and great music. Bright, moving and colorful led lighting enhanced the existing NYC building and street scene on the lot.  Furniture  complimented the mood, along with NYC roaming characters to give guests a fun and unforgettable experience including IN & Out Burger and a stage for live performances.

DAY THREE

Day Three was filled with more speakers, coffee breaks, networking and breakout sessions followed by a final awards night onsite in the Hilton Beverly Ballroom.   Special guest and speaker Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden and pilot of the tour plane Boeing 747-400 took to the stage.  Guests enjoyed the awards ceremony before taking to the dance floor with champagne in hand.  We brought in a story-teller interactive experience with a typewriter after the live auction hosted by our Scott or MC for the program.  Networking and dancing continued awards in hand at the ceremony and post party.
