Provide end to end event expertise and fulfillment for the Wyndham Executive Summit in Puerto Rico.  Provide all creative and technical production, management, entertainment, AV equipment.  Deliver turn-key extraordinary program for guests with welcome & evening receptions as well as a chairman’s general session with keynotes, team building and business sessions.

The Solution

Empower the Wyndham client ensuring we would provide all planning, equipment, staff and small details needed to make the summit a success for all invitees.  We provided transparency with well coordinated programing giving the Wyndham team the power to focus on guests, content and strategic vision.  FW producers, project managers and technical directors united managing all production and creative for the week’s summit starting with the pre-con upon arrival.   No task is too small or too big when it comes to successful meetings, we helped with assembling the welcome packets then dove right into building the stage.

Our team leads initiated a site visit to eliminate any surprises, getting to know the lay of the land, meeting with security, and the hotel.  As we understood the space we were able to get creative and develop an approved floor plan and stage layout for the general session.   Understanding the content and speaker preferences for each meeting, we were able to install all the equipment, microphones, AV and screens needed for the presentation and Q&A.  Atmosphere and lighting were designed with comfort in mind; programming music & lights to change and keep the energy alive for each speaker that would take the stage.  Everything was cued up to align with the run of the show.  Adjustments and programming were saved during rehearsals.

Cigars were rolled and a chocolatier was educating and satisfying during the evening with demonstrations.   Business continued throughout the evening functions in a relaxed and inviting manner by the delicious high quality Puerto Rico rum station.  We shine when it comes to creating mood with great design every time.  Inspiring by means of entertainment and production is in our nature at FW and this summit was no different.  From the uplit trees to the ambient patterns of light washing the walls, we made sure our client was well taken care of and received lots of praise.  Attendees were recognized for their achievements in innovation, awarded for their accomplishments and ready to unlock their potential throughout the next year.
