Fresh Wata Hometown KC Girls Shake Up Kansas City for the T-Mobile NFL Draft:

We are thrilled to share with you the incredible success of the memorable customer event we created in collaboration with T-Mobileduring the 2023 NFL Draft in Kansas City, the hometown of the Super Bowl champions. When tasked with this project, we knew that no detail could be left out, as the goal was to create an exciting and unmissable event that would solidify T-Mobile as the leading cellular service provider in KC.

The Solution

To set the stage for an unforgettable experience, we selected the T-Mobile Arena located in downtown Kansas City as our venue. We transformed the space into a football-themed haven with an abundance of interactive activations that had the entire town buzzing.

One of the crowd favorites was the Silent Disco Headsets. Guests who wanted to hear every word of the NFL Draft could grab a headset, settle into the comfortable lounge areas with a large LED wall, and listen to the draft without any interruptions. This unique setup allowed attendees to stay engaged and fully immersed in the excitement.

The centerpiece of the event was a custom 50-foot wall adorned with T-Mobile branding. Attached to the wall were over 500 footballs, each featuring the T-Mobile logo. This striking backdrop served as the perfect photo opportunity and reinforced T-Mobile’s presence as the key player in Kansas City.

We also constructed a custom broadcast booth where our star-studded lineup of analysts took center stage. Linebacker Nick Bolton and Wide Receiver Marques Valdes-Scantling, both from the Kansas City Chiefs, along with CBS NFL Analyst and former Chiefs QB Trent Green, provided expert commentary throughout the evening. Their presence added an extra layer of excitement and drew in football enthusiasts.

Additionally, we designed the Network Challenge Area, offering guests the opportunity to test their quarterback skills by tossing footballs into oversized branded magenta tires. This interactive activity allowed participants to showcase their accuracy and compete for a chance to win exciting prizes.

The night was truly unforgettable, and the event received overwhelming positive feedback. Even now, we continue to receive requests for a repeat performance. We are immensely proud of the outcome and grateful for the opportunity to work with T-Mobile to create a buzzworthy event that truly captured the essence of Kansas City’s passion for football.
